KS Poker are giving players a chance to take part in the Torneo Di Poker 2008.

Take part in one of Eastern Europe’s Premier Poker Tournaments! The Torneo Di Poker Main Event is a €1,500 Double Chance Freeze-out. It is taking place on the 19 & 20th of April 2008 in Nova Gorica.

Win a €2,200 prize package including €700 travel and accommodation money.

You can win one of these seats via the satellites running over the next 8 weeks giving entry to the €430 online finals on the 17th of February & 16th of March 2008.

€3.50 satellites will run every day starting on the 28th January 2008. Winners of the daily satellites will win entry into the weekly €26 final every Sunday to compete for a €240 seat in the monthly online finals.

Terms & Conditions – “Torneo Di Poker”

• The Promoter of this promotion is KS Poker.
• The tourney event that represents the prize is the Torneo Di Poker 2008 in the Perla Casino & Hotel Nova Gorica in Slovenia, to take place on the 19th & 20th of April 2008. The prize includes entry to the €1,500 Double Chance Freeze-out main event and €700 for travel and accommodation costs.
• The accommodation and travel arrangements including flights , travel to venue and visas are the sole responsibility of the player, 
• The minimum age limit for the tournament is 18.
• KS Poker reserves the right to choose a replacement subject to their total discretion.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of KS Poker. KS Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues KS Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• KS Poker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time.
• KS Poker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
• KS Poker Tournament rules apply.
• Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
• If the event is cancelled or if there is buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for force majure.
• Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate and agrees to forfeit the prize. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, KS Poker will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
• The winners will be required to wear KS Poker branded clothing at the main event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions.
• By participating in the tournament and satellites you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
• Seats for the Torneo Di Poker 2008 are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats to the event then he or she will forfeit one of them.
• Players can only win one satellite entry at a time to an Torneo Di Poker 2008 online qualifier. There is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable.
• Players not entitled to play due to local regulations are excluded.
