The championships will be held at the Maybury Casino in Edinburgh, Scotland, from the 25th to the 31st of August 2008. The prize is a €3,800 package including entry to the following events:-

You can win one of these seats via the satellites running over the next twelve weeks giving entry into one of the monthly €200 online finals on the 8 th June, 6 th July & 3 rd August.

Terms & Conditions – Scottish Poker Championships
- The Promoter of this promotion is KS Poker.
- The tournament events that represent the prize are the £250 + £25, £500 + £50 and £1,000 + £80 events at the Scottish Poker Championships at the Maybury Casino in Edinburgh, Scotland to take place between 27th and 31st of August 2008. The prize includes approximately €1,200 travel/accommodation money (depending on the Euro/GBP exchange rate on the date of funds transfer).
- The prize does not include travel to or from Edinburgh; or accommodation, this is the sole responsibility of the player.
- The minimum age limit for entry into the casino is 18.
- All winners must be accepted for membership of the Maybury Casino to be eligible to compete in the tournament. In the event of a player being ineligible or refused membership of the Maybury Casino then no part of the prize package will be awarded. KS Poker reserves the right to choose a replacement subject to their total discretion.
- In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of KS Poker. KS Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
- KS Poker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
- The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the KS Poker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues KS Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
- KS Poker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.

- Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
- In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
- Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, KS Poker will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
- The tournament will be run in conjunction with Gaming Board Guidelines 3. In conjunction with Gaming Board Guidelines 4, the final competition held at the Maybury Casino is not open to any UK Casino employee or any Gaming Board certified person currently employed in the British Gaming Industry.
- The dress code for the tournament is smart /casual. Baseball caps and sportswear are not acceptable.
- The winners will be required to wear KS Poker branded clothing at the main event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions.
- By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
- Seats for the Scottish Poker Championships are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.
- Players can only win one satellite entry to a Poker Scottish Championship online qualifier, there is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.
